LITE was founded by the husband and wife team of Billboard and Janelle Murrell. They have been married for the last 20 years and have four children, two of whom are teenagers pursuing Associate degrees in Arts and two are students of LITE.

Janelle, is a qualified and trained special needs teacher with a love for helping children to read and achieve their full potential. Janelle was once a struggling learner herself, thus her motivation for helping others with learning difficulties. Many years ago, while a stay at home mom, she offered free tuition from her living room and this was the birth of LITE.

Billboard is a Producer and Musician with a passion for all arts as well as encouraging and helping children to blossom. With his knack for  administration, he is able to manage the hardworking
and dedicated team in the day-to-day operations of LITE. In merging their strengths, Billboard and Janelle have developed a unique “BAJAN” brand of products, incorporating music and rhythm into learning to make it interesting, easy, memorable and FUN.
